Chris is a transgender man who wants nothing more than to fit into London’s gay scene. All he cares about is how much sex he’s having and with whom, but things get messy when he becomes embroiled in a secret affair. He leaves London behind for a camping trip that turns truly bizarre. Lost in the woods, he meets the cryptid known as Bunny Man.

Writer/Performer/Co-director

Christopher Lieberman

Christopher Lieberman (he/him) is a playwright, poet, and performer from South London. He has brought his writing and dramaturgical skills to Babolin Theatre Company (Cambridge) and Russell Actors (London). In 2022 he co-wrote and performed in Toast, Pudding Lane (dir. Leo Kitay) at Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He has also performed stand-up at The Glory in Dalston. Bunny Man is his debut one-man show, drawing on his experiences as a transgender man, and taking inspiration from his love of science-fiction and horror.

Dramaturg

Ethan Pascal Peters

Ethan Pascal Peters (he/him) is a British-Caribbean performer, director and writer from West London. He trained on the ALRA MA Professional Acting course (2020/21), after graduating from the University of Warwick with a degree in English and Theatre Studies. His writing credits include: PITCH (November Theatre); The Arrival of the Prince (Middle Road Theatre); The Waiting Room (Middle Road Theatre)

Co-director

Jacob Freda

Jacob Freda (he/him) is a director, actor, and stand-up comedian. He has produced work across the country, most recently directing a rehearsed reading of "Safety Zone" at the Theatre Royal Plymouth as part of their Lab season. In 2022, he directed a 4-star run of queer horror play "I, Victor" at the Golden Goose Theatre, which transferred to the Old Red Lion as part of horror festival Grimfest.
