Ticket Policy
Tickets are available online in advance and on the door in person.
The house and box office both open 15 minutes before the show. We accept cash and card payments on the door.
If you've booked in advance, we do not require a print out of your booking. Please give the last name of your booking to our box office staff and they will check you in.
Concession tickets are at the discretion of the visiting company; however, as standard we offer concession prices to NHS Staff with IDs, students, Universal Credit recipients, over 60's, or anyone who feels the full price is a financial barrier.
We offer free tickets to Ukrainian passport holders and refugees, subject to availability. Please email for more information.
All ticket sales are non-refundable.
If you can't make the show for any reason (including if you or someone in your party tests positive for COVID-19): Your ticket may be exchanged for another performance of the same production (subject to availability) free of charge, or a credit voucher for a future show (valid for six months), if you email the theatre by 10am on the day of the performance.
If you're running late: Late entry cannot be guaranteed; Latecomers are admitted at the discretion of the visiting company and show with everyone's best experience in mind. If you are more than 15min late, we cannot admit you, unfortunately.
We may offer refunds in exceptional circumstances but this will be soley at the discretion of the theatre.
We do not offer refunds for cast changes or TFL strikes. For any questions, please write to info@baronscourttheatre.com
