The Matchstick Girl

16 - 17 April 2026, 5 pm
When a magical mirror shatters, the rules of every fairy tale begin to fall apart. Characters who were once bound to their fates must now decide their own paths.

But with freedom comes danger—and not everyone should be free.

This play transforms Andersen’s tragic, solitary fairy tales into a shared story about choice—where characters must decide not just how their stories end, but whether those stories should exist at all.

This is a rehearsed reading. The actors will have the script in their hands.
The reading lasts for approximately 80 minutes. Suitable for ages 8 and up.
Admittance is free but registration is mandatory.
